Cancellation Policy

1. Age restrictions: Our children's parties are designed for kids between the ages of 4 and 12. This ensures that the activities and atmosphere are suitable for their age group. If you would like to book a party for a child outside of this age range, please let us know, I'm sure we can accommodate. 2. Parental supervision. We request that at least one adult is present to supervise the children throughout the party, no more than 3 adults per party unless otherwise agreed as there is not enough room. 3. Dietary Requirements: We understand that some children may have dietary requirements or allergies, it is your responsibility to ask your guests in advance and provide us with this information at least 1 week prior to your event so we can accommodate their needs and provide suitable options. 4. Booking Confirmation: To secure a date for your party, we require a £50 deposit or full payment, depending on time of booking. Remaining payment is required 1 week prior to event. This helps us ensure availability and prepare for the event. 5. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please let us know as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy will be provided during the booking process.
